Relationships are everything
Attachment is at the very core of our being, and is one of our very oldest relationships. As babies we needed those around us in order to survive. How we attached to our caregivers early on, very much set the stage for the ways in which we engage our relationships as adults.
The beauty about adulthood, is that you can now choose how you want to be in relationship, and support the parts of you that might feel anxious, insecure or avoidant. This choice, this effort, and support can be deeply healing.
With mindfulness and somatic parts work, you can learn to be in a healthier relationship with yourself, which will without a doubt, effect the quality of your relationships. Even as adults, we need love and care in relationship, to grow, heal, and thrive.
